Lost or Damaged Packages
Packages usually ship out within 1-2 business days. If a product is on backorder, you will be notified about when it is expected in. Tracking is automatically included in the shipping price. For packages over $60.00 insurance is also included. No insurance is included on international packages. Please allow at least 4 weeks before considering the package lost. On international orders, it can take as much as 6 weeks to receive a package. Please also remember that the shipping speed is not in my hands…
